My witchy background
My name is Martina Elisabetta, I am a creative, intuitive and witchy woman. I was born in the North of Italy in May, 34 years ago. After years of living in different countries, me and my partner moved to the mountain in the center of Italy where we currently live together with 18 other creatures. I love to tend to and be tended by the land I live in.
I'm comitted to support people in reconnecting with the wisdom of their bodies, in remembering that pleasure, rest, intuition, giving and receving are important and sacred.
In my work I offer grounded support in finding your own sense of sovereignty, in bringing awareness to your limiting belifs, in remembering that we belong to this Earth and we're NATURE TOO.
I deeply believe that a truly helpful guide is someone who does not engage in narratives of separation and blame, recognizing instead the rich, interconnected complexity of the natural world as a reflection of our own human nature.
My personal and professional journey has consistently returned to this theme: cultivating sovereignty through connecting with my body and the living world.
My approach is intuitive and holistic, I use somatic and emotional regulation practices to guide individuals and groups to reconnect to their body, each other and the natural world to manage nervous system burnout, apathy and loneliness and establish healthy emotional boundaries that prevent over-sacrifice. The natural world is my teacher so I always include grassroots regenerative thinking, advising on nature-based solutions that restore linternal and external landscapes.
Ah, I value my intuition more than scientific data.
My path is multidisciplinary. When I was young I went to Waldorf school and then studied Psychology and Pedagogy. I hold a degree in Fine Arts (Main Field of Study: Design for Sustainability - Linneaus University, Sweden), and I studied Regenerative Agriculture, folk herbalism, and foraging. I am certified in Sylvotherapy (FTHub), a Japanese practice that helps groups and individuals connect deeply with nature and themselves.
I’ve worked extensively with storytelling and creative communication through video-making and graphic design. (I have two YouTube channels where I shared crafts, creative projects and glimpses of our life connected to the land).
A year ago, in the midst of a very intense time, I attended The Resilience and Empowerment Retreat with Helena Walsh, which strengthened my capacity to navigate complex challenges. It was a very transformative and important experience that gave me so much clarity about how important is to have a regulated nervous system to foster a deep sense of belonging within and without. From there I started to study Organic Intelligence (OI) by Steve Hoskinson, a therapeutic and coaching framework designed for trauma resolution, resilience, and post-trauma growth, which shifts the focus from pathology (what is "wrong") to the biology’s innate capacity for self-organization and healing. This framework integrates complexity science, polyvagal theory, somatic psychology (specifically Somatic Experiencing), mindfulness, and positive psychology.
I’m constantly learning from nature and other humans and I’ve always had many interests and vocations but they all share one green thread: following my intuition and inviting people to reconnect with themselves and each other through nature, creativity and their body.

Micke
If this website and, honestly, my creative expression, is possibile is THANKS to this amazing man who is also my partner and lover.
Micke is a wise and unconventional engineer, a talented and devoted builder and carpenter, a generous and handsome human who always honors his and other people's hearts.
Everything that Micke builds is fundationally soild and lasting.
The house we're renovating, the solar panels' structure, the fence around the house, the entrance bridge, the electrical system, this website: these are few of the slow and intentional projects he worked on for the past 2 and a half years. His dedication is truly admirable and I'm forever grateful and inspired to witness his way.
