Premise

This document governs the remote sale of Products and Services (also referred to as "offerings") made available through the Site.

Art. 1 Scope of Application

1.1 These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Site.

1.2 By placing an order, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms before checkout.

1.3 The images and descriptions of offerings on the Site are provided for general information. Minor differences may occur to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1.4 The Terms may be updated at any time. The version published on the Site at the time of order submission is the version applicable to that order.

Art. 2 Purchases on the Site

2.1 Orders are placed by following the checkout process and providing the required data.

2.2 The user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

2.3 We may reject or cancel orders in case of unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing/technical errors, or breach of these Terms.

3.2 Confirmation includes at least the key elements of the order (offering, price, and relevant transaction details).

4.2 If an offering becomes unavailable after order submission, the user will be informed and, where applicable, offered a lawful remedy (for example replacement, rebooking, order cancellation, or refund according to applicable law).

5.2 We reserve the right to update prices before an order is submitted. The amount charged is the one shown at checkout at the time of order.

5.3 In case of manifest pricing errors, we may contact the user and offer the choice to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order.

6.2 Payment transactions are processed through authorized payment providers. We do not store full payment card details unless explicitly supported and lawfully managed by payment partners.

7.2 Delivery/performance timelines are indicative unless expressly stated as binding.
