We all know that it is important to "love ourselves" but how do we ACTUALLY practice it without adding an extra layer of stress to our already busy schedule?
We implement gentle practices that support us in rooting back in our body AND I realized that to truly integrate self-love and thrive, we need to witness others and be witnessed in our journey of loving ourselves.
Alone we implement, together we integrate, bloom and thrive.
It starts with an intention that gives us a sense of expansion, our heart relaxes and opens, curious to be met and listened to. The intention of inhabiting and loving our body invites the commitment to root in practices of presence and showing up to a community that holds that intention.
Who is this for?
  • You’re tired of feeling like you’re abandoning yourself
  • You want to explore and be held in sharing the different feelings and sensations that naturally rise when we commit to loving ourselves
  • You want to commit to simple and easy practices that bring more ease and structure into your journey of self-love
  • You want to feel seen in a community of women who honor the complexities of self-love
  • You want to witness and be witnessed in the journey of inhabiting and loving your body

When?
Every day, on our own, we commit to implement 6 practices of presence.
Then every Friday, for a month, we come together online and explore the process of inhabiting and loving ourselves.
Alone we implement, together we integrate.

6  practices of presence

I found that committing to 6 daily practices of presence truly roots me in the temple of love that my body is.

Here below I wrote the 6 practices that I will implement everyday, you can follow these or write your own. It doesn't matter which practices you decide to commit to as long as they carry a sense of honoring your own unique beauty.

  • Speak loving words about yourself and what you care about
  • Rest when tired even if shame and a sense of guilt arises
  • Find a movement practice (it can be anything) that you can do daily with presence and devotion
  • Eat slowly, no phone or tv while eating
  • Focus on a project you care about a little bit everyday
  • Say “no” when is a “no” for you and hold love in your heart while saying it

Bonus :)

  • Write down or cast a little prayer tailored to your needs and wants
